Job-Pairs (http://www.job-pairs.gr/) is an award winning non-profit organization funded in 2013. Job-Pairs aims at bringing together unemployed young people (either first time job seekers or those re-entering the job market) with experienced business professionals for four mentoring sessions.

Each Mentee is matched with a suitable Mentor, according to his/her desired career choices and employment sector. The Mentor offers professional guidance and career empowerment advice to the mentee seeking to (re-)enter the job market. Both Mentors and Mentees receive supporting material for their meetings.

During the last 3 years, more than 1.253 mentees and 402 mentors have been registered to the Job-Pairs database. The Job-Pairs team has facilitated 504 pairs to complete their meetings and 120 pairs are running at this time.

The initiative has been supported by 26 multinational & Greek companies which employees participate as mentors and important organizations like the Greek People Management Association. Job-Pairs got 2 awards for being innovative in targeting youth unemployment (HR Excellence Awards 2014 by Hellenic Management Association and HR Awards 2015 by Boussias Communications).
