Professor, Durham University Business School

Olga Epitropaki is Professor of Management at Durham University Business School, U.K. Prior to joining Durham University, she was professor of Organizational Behavior, the ‘Stavros Costopoulos’ Chair of Human Resource Management and Development at ALBA Graduate Business School. She has research interests in the areas of Implicit Leadership Theories (ILTs), Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), creative leadership, identity as well as psychological contracts and employability.

Her research has been published in top refereed journals, such as the Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Applied Psychology, the Leadership Quarterly, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and the Personality and Social Psychology Bulleting, among others.

She is Senior Associate Editor of the Leadership Quarterly, Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management and member of several Editorial Boards. She is also the founder and organizer of the annual ‘Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Leadership Symposium’ (www.leadership-symposium.com).

She has further worked for more than 15 years as a consultant and executive trainer for numerous Greek and multinational companies.
